About Julie Kochevar, Office Manager
I love providing you and your family with comprehensive and compassionate administrative support, attention and care. As the office manager, I’m the first person you’ll see when you arrive for sessions. I make and verify appointments, act as a liaison between you and our team of mental health experts, handle all billing with medical insurance companies and provide overall administrative support.
I truly enjoy working with people, and as a mom, I know firsthand what it’s like to navigate the challenges that inevitably come with raising a family. One of my children has ADHD, so I also know what it’s like to worry about a child’s wellbeing and future success. And, I certainly know how difficult it can be to juggle busy schedules, finances and varying responsibilities, which is why I’ll work effectively and compassionately with you to find appointments that fit into your schedule. I also work directly with insurance companies to help alleviate the financial burden and stresses that can come with trying to navigate billing codes and paperwork.
People tell me that I’m very personable and genuine. I’ll take the time to get to know you and your family and listen to your concerns whether they are from the perspective of a patient or a parent. I’m also highly organized, detail-oriented, conscious of patient needs and respectful of deadlines and your time. As with all members of our team at the Center for Collaborative Counseling and Psychiatry, I believe in providing compassionate and collaborative care, and I will work hard to ensure that all of your needs are met. I’m also available on my cell phone 7 days a week, and you can call to make and reschedule appointments or get in touch with any member of our team.
Outside of the office, I love being a mom and spending time with my husband and three children, who happen to be triplets. They’re all starting to drive now, which adds another level of complexity to parenting! After a decade and a half of being a parent, I understand the ebb and flow of parenting challenges, as well as the importance of proper self-care. Insomuch, I love to read, relax, play with our family dogs and occasionally get away on family vacations. I also love to give back to our community through my children’s school and have served as an ongoing volunteer for the kids’ cheerleading and football programs.
As a parent, person and someone dedicated to helping others, I want you to know that you don’t have to navigate life’s inevitable challenges on your own. There is always help and hope for meaningful growth, healing and change. Regardless of what is going on in your or your child’s life, our team of experts can help you feel supported, heard, informed and relieved. We invite you to call 847-214-3651 to schedule an initial appointment and/or for a free phone consultation.
